Good working Environment…The colleagues are very Friendly and There will be team outing and whole staff Outing and give Bonuses on every 6 months …

Just one thing..They will Give Promotions and Hike on time …But the Salary was very Low when compared to other properties..

Lemon Tree is a good group of chain hotels, work culture is good.

...ut there old people only work work work they want from a person or a associates. I have worked around three years but there is no increment in salary and working hours is too much. No staff recruitment or not as per standard. It's a good property and they are recruiting non graduate staff they don't know how to talk with the people. (They are recruiting non graduation staff just because they will not ask for much salary.)

Salary is not that much according to work .some of higher staff is very bad attitude ..he never appricate your work .only make pressure mantely pressure ..

Working with the downsyndromes only and learnt indian sign language.

Less staff... Work hours so long, no bonus even less service charge and cafeteria food is worst sorry to say but it is i felt there

...drain every bit of your blood till you are fully drained. Never get appreciated. They pay you less and make you work like a donkey. Too much woek pressure. This is the review about Lemontree Hotel Whitefield, Bangalore the worst place to work with.
