Absolutely everything, they don't at all care about customer satisfaction You have to basically push every designer and photographer for any shoots or work done They don't at all care about work life balance Tho they promise you WFH and Saturday leaves they make sure you stay in the office for 9-10 hours including Saturday, Leaves are just a joke and never granted on will And they even call you on Sundays sometime Work life balance is a joke for them And they care about getting the work done rather than satisfaction of clients Tho people working there are okay, but the team heads are terrible and inhuman

I only worked here for 6-7 days. The work environment was so bad. The lady, nayanika wanted me to stay after office hours and monitor the designer. "Hath pakad le thodi na designer se kaam karvana hai". How could she even think of this thing. Before my joining few new joiners left the organisation due to same reason. Associates who were working there were also pissed off from her. I will never suggest this organisation to anyone. Think twice before you join.
