Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is no time table for going in company,production people work and Sales people enjoy

The management is not good,there is too much of mind games played by the General manager,sales managers and Sales team,some people get very high salary who actually have no work,some paid very less. Workers are forced by Hr to rate very high in ' Best Place to Work ' and that is why they rig these awards. Our new GM,sales managers are hilarious. There was a time when our machines were overloaded, management ruined our company
