1. Micromanagement: You will address so much micromanagement against your delegated task. Lack of faith on employees. 2. Politics: You will find person seems nice to you on face, may back stab you. 3. Favouritism: Here “Sky is the limit” if you are good enough in adulating. 4. Visa arrangement: Most of the time They will bring you in on visit visa instead of regular employment visa. After that there will be so much back and forth to settle on there. 5. There HR policy will favour you associate with the company, But when it comes to final settlement they will bring some strange books of company policy to squeeze your money and mental peace.

Place of politics and regionalism,people who are there for years don't want to leave their place though they don't comply to the responsibility,whoever are heading the departments be it Sales,quality or production they are there because of the politics. The company is good for people who are good in politics

Nothing. The set of people working in that office is having their dominance and they never gives opportunity to others. Leminar is one of the worst companies I have worked with. They have almost ruined my life.

Dislikes

The Area Manager working there is a backstabber. He will never let you know what he is thinking behind and he will make issues in Visa transfer too if someone leaves that company. They do not know the process of hiring the right candidate. They can play with anyone's life just to fulfill the vacant position. From Top to Down everyone is same. HR has no power to overturn or to take any decision. A group of people with no humanity. The most negative environment I have ever worked in.
