Lekki concession company Limited Operate Lekki toll road in Nigeria,provides road infrastructure, road expansion, road maintenance, also the construction of Coastal road on Lekki peninsula,Lagos, Nigeria. Teammate- good work relationship though sometimes we disagree but always reach a compromise. Training key as it encourages stafe development, in house training is practices quarterly by the supervisors based on new experience on incident occurrences. This helps to renew the knowledge in other officers. appraisal is done quarterly, work environment is save. work life balance is a bit challenging.

Dislikes

Training and career development is encouraging, work pressure is high. sometimes i have to work 14hrs if my reviler is absent from work and there will be no compensation for extra labour. incident and distressed calls happens at odd hrs most times especially at night. individual unique strength are not valued. training for freshers are done by supervisors instead of the experts.
