One can develop professionally. Suits for bachelors. If u r married, then not suggested. Garden. Grape vines. Good for freshers to learn and grow professionally. Just remember one thing before joining "Roses has thrones".

Inter and intradepartment politics. Work culture. HR policies and u can see him during recruitment only. After joining he/she just vanishes. Immediate Managers and shuffling team managers. No support between Interdepartment teams.
