"Overall, my experience at leisurely stay has been mixed. Management is poor, No career growth this company is running a training school for freshers, freshers come take 1 yrs experience and they leave company because no increment no job security no benefit. For freshers this place is best come complete one yrs take certificate leave

Additionally, I found the CEO and COO to be remarkably approachable and open to new ideas, fostering a collaborative environment. This company also excel in promoting a healthy work- life balance which has been instrumental in providing me with a sense of peace and mental stability. I find this company to be a unique place where this aspects are prioritised.
