I was a nice working with such, the working atmosphere was excellent, training programme excellent, salary was very good, travelling was well arranged, people of different caste colour religion, enjoyed a lot working in the Company.

I feel safe & heard inspite on being woman in a construction industry, Salaries are always on time. Since working hours are already a lot, we are not expected to wait late at night.

...e is not much chance to grow and many monopolies exist within the project teams. Often if there is no new project, employees are terminated or sent on 'Loss Of Pay' leaves. It is difficult to become part of a pre-existing team & often you employees who take interest in work are exploited by there reporting managers. There are no opportunities to find a work life balance. Only a single person with no family responsibilities can work & sustain here.

Leighton has its own standard. its a brand rather than an organisation. The most important thing is Leighton never sacrifies about salary releasing part.

Need more professional person at Department Head Level.
