Wow actually we love to work under leidos/asp maintenance department... We worked like one family and we had a good time out there.it was a memorable days that will never be forgotten

Well on my opinion every thing is gud but we were not satisfied with comp pay and sponsor benefit.......we raised our voice regarding food what we were getting but it was no use.

However, the Indian management seems to fall short in maintaining the same standards, with concerns about inefficiency and lack of effective leadership. This disconnect between global and local management affects the overall experience for employees in India

Sometimes in large organizations it's harder to understand the culture because there are so many different businesses. Not all skills are transferable. Leadership doesn't really think about the doers in the company .
