I don't think there is any positive points in marketing department and company there is full of negativity

Working in the Marketing Team should be creativity and collaboration, but under the current management, it feels like a constant struggle. Micromanagement is rampant, stiffing any opportunity for innovation. It's disheartening to witness the lack of trust and respect for our abilities. Will suggest don't even go in Marketing Department will spoil your whole carrer

No Job Security and they just want the result in 1 month . MD work like a Sales Head not Company MD . Dont want to spend on improvement of work process .
