Nothing is positive about working here. Team leaders act bossy. QC's are rude towards IC's. No work satisfaction. Nothing to learn about. Just clerical work.

Company demands unreasonable working hours for very low pay. Poor retention strategies and just because it is work from home, they believe that you do not have a personal life and you will be available to work 24/7.

They are always good at the beginning

Dislikes

The team leader was so bossy, and they will always try to push you till the edge won't give you any reviews regarding the job in a constructive way, training assistance is very poor. I was literally cornered and left out by the team leader and I literally lost my confidence in my self.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
