Nothing is positive about working here. Team leaders act bossy. QC's are rude towards IC's. No work satisfaction. Nothing to learn about. Just clerical work.

People at LegalEase are the best to work with. From top level management to junior associates, everyone is understanding and friendly.

Compensation and benefits are not that great. There are no good retention policies in place.

Company demands unreasonable working hours for very low pay. Poor retention strategies and just because it is work from home, they believe that you do not have a personal life and you will be available to work 24/7.

They're a new ALSP, with great client services. Can't say this about other companies, but LegalEase Solutions is like my second family - great work culture and supportive team members and management.

Hours can be long, and extend, while working from home/remote

The team leader was so bossy, and they will always try to push you till the edge won't give you any reviews regarding the job in a constructive way, training assistance is very poor. I was literally cornered and left out by the team leader and I literally lost my confidence in my self.
