Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that i am a part of the team that markets reliable,high-quality products and has a global clint base.We work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,i have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not valu and individuals,unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.There is no on-job Training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by stem,which is a pain sometimes.
