...and honest review. The company is a New York based LPO and the CEO is terrible.
They will create a hype that they hire freshers and offer them a salary of 25000 on their joining and the employment term will be for 6 months which is basically the Probation Period and if they are satisfied with the work they will make you the Permanent Employee.
This company deals in Document Review, Contract Management and Data Breach. There are scopes of learning and transparency in the other departments but something's wrong with this Data Breach team. They will provide you the basic training and expect your accuracy score to be 100% even as a fresher. They will terminate you based on 1 or 2 projects and conclude that you can never excel in this particular industry.
What we know is a person needs at least 5-6 months to adapt completely to a new skill and become accustomed to that. They will not provide you a fair chance and they will not wait even till your probation period ends. I have seen my colleagues getting fired on the completion of 2 months of their probation period even if their score was 96%. My score was 96% and 95% consecutively for the last two projects and they claimed and concluded that they can't do a 100% check on the productivity just before the deliverable day of the project.
Whereas my point is that when you cannot wait for a certain period of time and give a fair chance to the freshers and provide them the minimum time to improve and reach to the perfection then why the hell are you hiring freshers and creating the hype of offering a lumpsum salary. And one more important thing to state, while the CEO will terminate you, they will ask you to drop them a resignation mail so that you cannot challenge their action in the labour court. It is unethical and unprofessional for a company to terminate freshers without them completing their probation period and the basic minimum time to adapt a training and getting used to it. The work culture is extremely toxic and my TL was an absolute dump shit and irritating person who never encourages the team members and rather points out the basic conceptual doubts in them rather than explaining the concepts.
I'd rate this company 1/10.
The Management is Inconsiderate.
The Managers are cheap people.
They look for scapegoats to put the blame on the employee and cover themselves.
Judgment coming from them for individual’s personal life. When they are not even at par with their personal and professional life.
Taking decisions for appraisals or confirmation based in the fact how they like the person.
In short if you can be as accomodating to their needs better. Once you do anything for your own needs or take a leave for your personal thing. They will make your lives hell.
Be ready to be traumatised with the culture. The Managers and the HR indulge in gossip more than any other employee. 😂
The CEO treats employee as some labourers and talks about being honest with the company and work, when the directors are the ones taking monetary benefits with fake bills and thieving petty cash.
And try to leave the organisation. The HR and the Directors and the CEO as well are so free that they will make you beg for your own relieving letters.
Possibility being you will not receive one because the Managers just did not like you.

3. The people in management are really rude and non-cooperative.
4. The work is mostly not even a legal based work do not know why they need people as legal associate.
Everything is worst here they are inhuman they have no emotion… not at all employee centric..

So much mismanagement
Office area is pathetic
Even infrastructure is poor

No admin department
Your dependents are not covered under your corporate health policy
