Management is really good, they take personal interest in well being of their employee. the products are also amazing in quality, completed 2 years and its going good. work life balance is good, employees are treated equally. overall a very good experience.

pay scale is about 15-20% lesser than their close competitors. but i am sure for all the good things they provide this can be over seen.

There is no job security at Legacy Global Projects. One could be at ease terminated from their employment by giving blatant or misleading grounds.
