1. Management is rude. 2. No fix timing. 3. High work pressure. 4. You can't say no to any work they provided. Otherwise your job will be in trouble. 5. They don't give any warning. Directly ask for resignation . So, no job security. 6. Flexible timing but you should be available whenever they call. They can call you at any time whether it is 10-11 PM. 7. Hard for work life balance.

Worst Firm someone can ever work with. Policies only favour the company ie. Saturday working, Have to submit a blank cheque to companies name ,least pay grade. "Boss is always right" culture followed here.

Everything. Never join this organisation. There is no respect for employees and you have to work like slave. For QA,they don’t have respect.They think even an Office Boy can do work of QA.

Flattery culture exist very dominantly here. no proper management of what is clear plan for sprint and they just wander around what can be delivered and what not. they just keep backlog and work on it continuously without sigh of relief.
