Salary is not given according to your work skills
Even if you don't earn anything, but if you are a relative of the CEO, you can do something and you will get your Very Big Salary and other Facilities.
Making fake GST bill.
Material quality is very very poor.
The company never keeps its word, every time they tell a new lie or intentionally time pass.
No corporate culture - F&F, Gratuity, Bonus which was deducted from monthly salary are pending for last 3 years
Salary never on time
No job security - You will get threat for termination in day to day meeting
No job security
No role and responsibilities assignment
Every meeting job threats you will never ask expensive in meeting of you asked you will get targeted.
No value for team leader
No limit for working hours
Many employees leaving company
No prior support from mgmt
No fnf provide
No call not receive once you left the company
Harassment in meetings
Contractor payment delay long periods.
Even employee leaving job they will make harassment by giving non responsibility activities.
As i am EA to CMD, like the working environment with cooperative colleagues. Can approach positively to any HOD for any problems in relating to projects, execution billing and collection updates get positive feedback from them.
Company is not clearing F&F (including gratuity) of its ex-employees. Its pending for last 4 years for all employees who left the company on or after 2020.
The company is also not responding to notices sent by labour commissioner.
HR is not disclosing these issues while recruiting new employees.
