Nothing, The work culture is very poor and maximum staff is local in the corporate office. Superiors are asking for stay in the duty, after duty hours. There in no SOP's, & no any kind of Rules regulations. There is nothing in the hands of HR, all the decisions are in the hand of Directors. In HR department, they have no any kind of software & all work in manual.

here the working culture is too good when the seniors are listen to employee. now the situation is company is too bad because here working employee is not consider by company. when rumors about an employee arise, a thorough investigation is essential to gather all prespectives allow each employee to voice their thought. unfortunately, in my case, I was not given this chance . instead, I faced pressure to resign and was threatened with a trasfer to another state.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address aur issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees
