No proper expenses ,only one leave per month and after that salary will get deduct along with provident fund ,no proper mail culture ,no technical support ,pure and pure LALA type culture
That was my first time in an limited company and i was learning there my basic knowledge about everything i.e capacitor, ic, and all .
Thas was good but environment was so cheap and suffocated.
Enviroment and extra rules of deducting amount from your salary.

These are tough times for any industry. My experience with Ledure for the last 3 months has been fulfilling and growth presented.
1. The company is open to integrating initiatives and exploring ideas and challenges.
2. With a high task force it's difficult to keep track of the different aspects of branding, but the departmental response to any parties or procedures we have to follow are prompt and crisp.
3. Leadership is open to ideas and a good focus on innovation and R&D is a constant with the firm.
