Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. In my career at Lectrotek Systems Pvt.Ltd.,the team work is very good for big orders .Lot of politics involved in the company.Appraisal for all the post are very poor.Also career growth is stagnated,due to Annual Turn over of the company is very poor.

Company is 47 years old and they have good reputation in Market . Mr. NRK - Founder of the Company is very Supportive and Knowledge Person.

Company is full of Politics , Most Senior Persons are the Root cause of it . No career growth. Very demotivated work environment. They didn't fullfil their own commitment with customers. Pathetic behavior with customers .
