... your talent and skill based work, which leads to a lack of job satisfaction. 5. Salary is Good. And work timings are perfect when it comes to my job role. (Only 8 hours not more than that) 6. Even if you work well and you have a good knowledge exposure environment, you won't have a good mentor or guide to guide you through your career. Apart from all of these, the company is good for an engineering graduate to work for about 1-2 years for gaining an initial level of exposure towards fabrication, inspection, industrial management etc.,
