1. You will get an exposure of many challenging tasks regarding documentation and Inspection. 2. If you have subject knowledge you can apply it in the field. And also you can have a detailed application oriented exposure of your knowledge. But, there will be no any aspects of knowledge development (i.e. you can't learn more new things) 3. Remember the quote - "Your colleagues are not your friends. Get your money, Go Home and enjoy there". So, always mind your actions and words. 4. You will be given enough space to showcase the possible skills you have and you can exhibit all your possible talents in your job role. Problem is, you won't get the credit for your talent and skill based work, which leads to a lack of job satisfaction. 5. Salary is Good. An d work timings are perfect when it comes to my job role. (Only 8 hours not more than that) 6. Even if you work well and you have a good knowledge exposure environment, you won't have a good mentor or guide to guide you through your career.
