In any part of Sales, you will be appreciated till Sale is good, and here the culture is very good they do not kik you, they train you to improve your skills to sale. Company policy is also very different from other similar ones. Management is polite with each and every employee of the company.

We need appriciation time by time, in terms of salary increments. No increments here.

Very very good company and very good management as well as owner but salary is very bad thing in this company work life is balanced but there is zero job security and future grouth is very bad
