Company has a good management structure as well as everything is very professional .

The working culture and the colleague are not very open minded. The career growth is good but the salary increment is very slow or sometime it's not at all there. During this pandemic, company helped us and provide salary during the crucial months. but untill now, we are paid half salary and it's becoming very challenging to survive in this salary. They should give the full salary by now .

I am very disappointed with this company. I worked in LGPL as a sales assistant. no support to me by company.

If you think you get good salry pakege then don't apply...they will pay you only 7500rs. To 9000rs. Per month only,eighter you have 5 or 6 years experience.there is no chance to grow up your salry,Your incriment will be only 75rs. To 500rs. Max. in a year & promotion...no chance forget about that...i m not telling all that things becouse, i m not hating...they will never help you for your future...just check out how many employe left Red chief in last two years...

Timing issue Our operations team IT team and retail staff are good

...ent timing is 12 hours morning 10 to night 10 it will become at least 10 hours And salary so poor our current basic salary 11500 it will become at least 15000
