The managment doesn't address our issues salary is decent bur career growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot design on the job traning is not given to new joinees

Timing issue Our operations team IT team and retail staff are good

...ent timing is 12 hours morning 10 to night 10 it will become at least 10 hours And salary so poor our current basic salary 11500 it will become at least 15000

Company has a good management structure as well as everything is very professional .

The working culture and the colleague are not very open minded. The career growth is good but the salary increment is very slow or sometime it's not at all there. During this pandemic, company helped us and provide salary during the crucial months. but untill now, we are paid half salary and it's becoming very challenging to survive in this salary. They should give the full salary by now .
