My time at Leaves International was nothing short of disappointing. Under the Leadership of Mr. Suresh and Mr. Binoy, the company proved to be an inhospitable environment for employees. Their lack of understanding of effective employee management perpetuated a toxic atmosphere that I have never encountered before in my career. Mr. Suresh in particular, exhibited a complete dearth of communication skills, making it exceedingly difficult for coworkers to collaborate effectively. I strongly advise against considering Leaves International as a workplace option. With leaders who are incapable of managing a team, the company is doomed to perpetuate its toxic culture indefinitely.

The behavior of the managing partners, Mr. Binoy and Mr. Suresh, was so degrading and disrespectful that it created an unbearable work environment. They constantly criticized the staff without ever recognizing hard work, treated employees with a lack of basic respect, and fostered a culture of toxicity.
