All are ready to take initiative of your hard work. Job security is like......after working good one day you will receive call from HR your job is no more handover company asset your performance is down. Not a professionally managed company being part of a European Group, it runs linke family owned business, good practices being questioned and if you try to build some new, new initiatives never appreciated
