Some management is very good but some are like hell. Politics is high. Top management has double face. They will very polite against you and back of you they are planning to firing you. All are ready to take initiative of your hard work. Job security is like......after working good one day you will receive call from HR your job is no more handover company asset your performance is down. Not a professionally managed company being part of a European Group, it runs linke family owned business, good practices being questioned and if you try to build some new, new initiatives never appreciated
