Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It was very nice to work with the team. Even the CEO is friendly with the team. Weekly, we will play sports like cricket and badminton. Work-life balance is very good. In learning Persfective, we can learn current technologies like Azure, Angular, .Net the help of your seniors and colleagues. Everyone will work like a full-stack developer. I loved it when I was working there.

Dislikes

Management can be improved; check-in and check-out are not based on filling out a time sheet within a day. All of those things should be calculated on an end-of-month or weekly basis. If it is not filled, we can remind them weekly. Employees are always busy fixing bugs, developing features, or learning. I hope it won't be like this now.
