Dislikes

1) Project management is not good. Some leads , architect , mangers are not doing their work properly & just blaming on others specially on developers. Their ego is main problem. 2) In most of the projects not creating proper architecture & started implementation which result in complete mess & that's why new employees are left company in small duration. 3) Because of project management issues , working hours are also extreme high. Most of the people are facing health issues like High Blood pressure , headache etc.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. On-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's requirement.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is totally unbalanced, sometimes people have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day. Client appreciation goes unnoticed while appraisal consideration. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them step-by-step, which turned to pain at time of deliveries.

Training - There is some online training platform which they are using to cross-train the person in case of PHP/PYTHON/RUBY/DATABASE...etc which are not being contolled by the learner. I mean, online learning tutorial should be controlled by the learner with their own time, speed and space. They should provide the licence to the respective learner. Career growth - There is no growth plan in place for each career level in terms of documentation. LM can define some guideline which will be helpful for each individual role to grow.

They do pay salaries on time, but when the project budget is low, they can fire you at any time without giving you the chance to serve the notice period, and you won’t receive your 3 months' salary. The behavior of the project managers is terrible. Even when you’re working from home, you’ll have to work until midnight. The work environment here is very toxic. I strongly advise you not to join this company."
