They follow Hire and fire policy, They will treat you very well untill you are performing. When you will become old in the Organisation they will never support you or help you in any type of questions. They will give you targets and they will ping you in your personal life as well. Most of the old employees have left the job. The HR are the worst they will only focus on making reels thats it. They will do the admission of the students later on they do not pick their calls and many students get frustrated because of the behaviour. They only focus on numbers. They will not give your performance incentives as well on time

There is nothing to like about this company.

I joined this company just because of the salary hike I was getting from my previous company but the company that I came here is totally worst as they follow hire and fire policy and don't get into the trap that you will get the leads for calling even if you do the sales you will get the used leads which will be end up not selling any admission. Apart from all of that you have to call at least 250-300 calls per day and which end up getting frustration you call like a tele caller like you are selling the credit card don't fall for this place and this I would like to tell you. and they will praise you a lot at the time of interview that "YOU ARE A REALLY GREAT CANDIDATE SIR/MA'AM DON'T SELECT ANYONE LIKE THIS PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT LIKE THAT" this Job is more like a call center job they will tell you that you will get incentives every month which is half of your salary but you end not having even you full salary as you won't get any paid offs for first 6-7 months and if you take offs they will cut your salary and even you take off they will ask you to mail it before hand like I had to take a half day(first half) when I just informed the HR that I am someone's funeral he told me to mail it to around 4 people right away, how can you expect a person to drop you a mail when he is at someone's funeral and you expect him / her to inform you before taking that leave. - WORST COMPANY - WORST HR POLICIES - WORST WORK CULTURE - NO LEARNING IN LEARNING ROUTES - YOU GONNA WORK THERE AS A TELECALLER Worst Company

There is nothing good in this company. Worst company ever worked.

they put my salary on hold. Its illegal to hold someone's salary despite I worked for them for whole month and made a lead for them. I will never ever suggest to work on this company. Office politics are so much. They play mind games. How can even have so much free time to do this with anyone?
