I have been working with Learning Links Foundation for almost 9 years now.LLF is really supporting us by giving us salary on time , allowing us to work from home when other companies have started calling employees to work. HR-they keep calling to check how i am doing as an employee during this pandemic, which really means alot and it shows that they care for their employees.

Dislikes

There is nothing that i don't like about Learning Links Foundation, else I would not be working here for 9 years :)

Salary is always on time.

No one cares about the employee. You will be given one designation for name sake but would require to do any type of work. In short you would be trainer,office boy, peon,clerk,MIS executive anything and everything that is needed at the time.

Partial treatments from senior Travel expenses is very less Fake data work only graph increasing no proper setup Company don't discuss with on ground employees before taking any decision for them No security with job

-Good training. -Some team members are really nice and support you if you have difficulties.

Dislikes

... hire you for reaching and send you for sales and marketing. -No job security. -Poor salary structure. -Zero growth in 5 years.

...ng with LLF from last 2+ years and am really enjoying working with this org.. During current scenario (Covid 19), we are getting our salary on time + without any deduction.

Its like a family to work with LLF. :-)
