Felt safe and good to work here. From the higher level of management till our colleagues everybody are friendly and supportive.

When our colleagues joins and leaves often, work burden increases drastically. Where it becomes hard to meet their expectations in all the aspects.

This company is best suitable for those who are self responsible , very honest and loyal at all times , as the work is fully WFH , anyone can see the growth of the company only if employee has the above required qualities . Employer is so genuine and so respectful in treating every individual. One has to learn from them how to respect humans even if that person slip in working. Yet all work goes sequential from one department to another and they have good back for it.

Company allows WFH , provide better balanced work life. They are swift in embracing innovations and technologies. Enormous trust & abundant respectful from management . Honest and self responsible attitude , permitting every worker to believe that this company is yours , transparency in everything are all positive. What more one can expect from their management ?
