Opportunity for growth in tech is limitted considering the scale, ambition of the company. You have an easy job, not much Opportunity to learn/grow after you 1 - 2 years.

Nothing at all, hell lot of favouritism The role of HR is of receptionist, mostly Admin role, leave appreciation no acknowledgement for hard work.no process at all. Its like HUF where there are 4 founders, 1 mommy ,few cousins , siblings working together, rules are meant to be broken ,no policy for favourite people , two founders are highly unprofessional , drinking alcohol in office, boozing joint and what not

The overall culture of the company is very employee friendly. Very much collaborative work within all departments. There are various extra curricular activities going on where all right from founder to employees involves, this keeps everyone very motivated.

As working methods within the teams are little bit disoriented or misaligned may be, leads to miscommunication which may a bit confusing and intimidating to the new joinees to get fit into the environment .
