Engineering department has some good work. The leadership is just puppet. Spineless. Engineering team get kicked around by CFT and customers. Nobody from leadership support the engineering team who face internal and external customers.

Political organization No collaboration among teams Purchase and sells teams dominate a lot. All blame come to engineering
