Talking about appraisals, hike and bonus, its really poor.Could not see career growth.

...'s a lot growth for 'Politicians' 😅 😂. Safety at its utmost priority 👍. Salary hikes are good only for higher posts. Less interest in cultural activities. Good Food 🍲. All staffs are knowledgeable. Supportive for Higher Education.

Everyone will blindly get attracted to Pay and Perks, Reality is too many Documentation, Too many bosses, Need to walk on knife carefully without touching both senior or junior ego.

...ojects -Managers are working from home and asking juniors to work from office -Salary standard is not as per market standards -Poor work life balance - No budget for team activities, cultural activities - Seniors/Managers are taking credit for work - Managers with Poor technical knowledge - Not good for freshers, they are getting used for unit testing, integration testing and documentation, no development work for them.
