Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Simply waste of time to work in this company. Strictly not recommended for job seekers and don't join with this worst working culture.

Dislikes

No Employee benefits. No health insurance. No training for employees . Most of the employees are under paid. Only few management staffs are benefited. Strictly not recommended company for youngsters. They will eat your brain by giving idiotic works and mental pressure. Poor management. Management doesn't even take care of their employees. Management is operating based on the few people guidance. No recognition and promotion for your work.
