None to be honest. Company has gone to a toss since being acquired by Leap. Colleagues are friendly but that won't help you long term.

Dislikes

Insignificant compensation when compared to the KRA being given. Also, the upper management does not know the basics of Management and how to make the team work smoothly. There have been days when I have had to work for more than 14 hours per day with no extra compensation. There is very little growth to top that off.

Only the location is nice before and after work to see the ocean and feel the breeze so you forget the terrible work politics of this place. Also, the bus for station comes right in front of office.

If only I could write a book but space is limited. If you don't care about your time, energy and if you are a fresher and just need some sort of experience on paper - (which mind you only the title would be helpful, not the actual work) then go ahead with this. If you are looking to learn and grow then this ain't it. Partiality is rampant, work pressure - well, it goes by the hours and minutes. So you are on countdown time clock and need to complete your tasks wherein the countdown begins like - "1 hour remaining", "20 minutes remaining" So yeah, you can imagine the work pressure. The CEO is probably the most selfish guy you would come across who wouldn't care about your job. You are replaceable by any minute if you come in their red zone - yes that exists here. The only good thing happen to you is when you quit. But regret of joining this company will always stuck with you.
