I have also found everything from salary to health insurance and other benefits quite encouraging, and the HR has made sure that each process is seamless. Overall, it is an immensely positive environment which results in high levels of work satisfaction.

So far, I have not come across anything that I particularly about working at Leap Finance. As a startup, the organization is growing along with its employees and I sincerely hope it soars to new heights in the future.

Nothing for likes, thought of given 0 stars but need to give atleast one star to move next page, they will not consider you as a person at all treat like machines,filled with politics and favouritism no growth

Simply waste they will not respond u once u resigned u will not get your salary back after resignation,they will say one thing and they will do according to their need only great cheaters of world

... want to mention is that I always received my payment on time without any delay. Though I am from Bangladesh, the finance department always ensured I get paid on time. I am now expecting to improve my skills day by day here in Leap and take forward my career.

Nothing, there is absolutely nothing good.

They don't value their employees they never ever understand you and your problems. No work-life balance worst company, pathetic work culture, salary deductions. They make you cry once you resign even though they hold your salaries. And If you raise your voice against them they threaten you with their Legal Team. Worst company and management I have seen in my career.
