One of the best company, to learn new technologies in automation and BIW domain, healthy working environment, software training, domain training is systematic. I got the complete practical experience with Various departments and system they have follow.

Nepotism is only one thing which I don't like. It impacts on fresher and net comers, People joined by reference taking miss benefits of this.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
