* Company is going through bankruptcy * layoff an entire team and few developers as well * On the name of appraisal, they are incrementing by 500INR * In the offer letters, it's mentioned as on contract basis * Management is terrible

Likes

Team members and colleagues were really good. Very dedicated and supportive, always tries to gives their best.

Dislikes

The chief executives and heads have no empathy towards the employees and seems to lack an understanding of effective business management. They frequently overburden employees with tasks and often assign high-level responsibilities to interns and freshers, who lack the necessary experience to handle such work effectively and then question them why its been not done. The organization lack a proper work culture. Employees are required to work 9-10 Hours a day, and although during hiring they say alternate Saturdays are off but they rarely give it. This leads to a challenging and often frustrating work environment.

Likes

Decent learning, remote and flexible working. Some team mates are really good.

Dislikes

Messed up haywire internal system. Tasks are incomplete and not done on time due to lack of communication. (Then you're blamed obviously). Made part of personal projects and then abused as working with some other organisations. High expectations with not even peanuts as payments.
