Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing. I love the fact that I am no longer working for this fraud agency.

Dislikes

They are fraud and didn't pay the salary for the number of days I worked there. They will force you to do overtime without any pay. They will ask you to share your screen throughout your working day ,that too when you are using your personal laptop. They always are in hunt of your back up who can join in lesser salary than yours. There are so many employees who didn't receive their salary after leaving the job. They terminates the employee without notice immediately and it takes 23-25 days for them to understand that you are not professional(The reason They give to each and every employee who They think are better leaders than them. This agency is a big NO. Don't fall on their sugar-coated words.You will end up wasting your time and efforts.
