Working at Leadrat CRM, one thing I appreciated was the gesture of care shown by the HR team. On the first day of joining, when three of us joined the company together, the HR took us out for lunch at a nice restaurant, which made us feel welcomed. On my last day, when my health condition was serious, the HR personally accompanied me to a clinic for medical attention. These instances of kindness are the only things I truly liked about the company.

Dislikes

The struggle began on the very first day. On the first day, we were assigned the task of building a webpage, and by the end of the day, we had to present our progress to the team leader. I was aware that my initial work did not meet their expectation. I made the suggested changes and presented the updated version. After two iterations, the team leader warned me to come back with a final version that aligned exactly with their expectation. However, as a fresher, it's challenging to know precisely what the team leader has in mind without proper guidance. I expected some direction on how to meet their expectation, but it wasn't provided. By 8 PM, after working all day I requested to return my PG and continue the remaining work the next day. To my surprise, the team leader threatened that if I didn't complete the task by the next day, I wouldn't be allowed to leave for my PG. This kind of pressure didn't just happen to me it was the same for all three new joined.From day one, we were subjected to 12-13 hours workday without break, including Saturday. Even when tasks were assigned on Saturday, they were expected to be completed by Monday, regardless of whether it required working on Sunday. There was no consideration for our well-being or personal time

I joined here as a fresher and its been almost one year that I Have been working here and I am glad that I took a right decision joining leadrat. I have gained a lot of knowledge on IT and how a business works. I have learnt everything from scratch and now I handle the project smoothly.

I am working as a Business development Manager from past 3 months and I can say this is the best company I have worked with. Supporting environment, motivating and healthy competition within the sales team.
