company is worst neve ever join it .It'll spoil ur resume-career 1. company CTO forces developer to developer jon as well as testing (QA) jobs. 2. CTO & project manger are very bad behaviour wise & work wise , .toxic work culture .they forces developer to do testing like QA in depth . they don't know developer & QAtester are two different job 3. Without any formal notice & without any formal email they verbally via HR passes that you are fired from job. Sometime without any valid reason. Even though employee is performing good .They hire & fire rapidly & plays with employee career especially CTO . 4. no agile methodology nothing to work properly .they simply use mantis open source bug list .There is no tester to create & test the bug. All the work of test QA developer has to do . 5. They often even compel one to work on Saturday & Sunday . 6. HR is powerless acts & say whatever CTO commands. Never ever join this company . It'll spoil ur career /resume . Usually, each month they fire min. 1-2 employee without a second thought.

ignorant specially the cto and project manager she don't know even how to testing a project and what's going on in project they will shout you like you are only responsible for everything cto dont know database design after 1 month working they all realize database is not proper way No job security Don't join if you think for long time

I like the work culture and support from the reporting manager. Company provides good benefits and always try to support the team members and motivate them on regular basis.

Dislikes

Nothing much to write here honestly as till now as it's been more then 2 years I am feeling good. If you do your job properly and putting efforts seniors always there to support.
