...int of view it is the one of the top most worst company i had ever experienced. Innovation, work and life balance, job security, training, salary and appraisal etc gets zero star. Best thing i got is my team mates. Here we are getting zero % hike for two years, think how the company is.

Nothing to like . Work as casual labour on dihadi. Never serve notice period. Quite when salary credit. Kundan jha, ramu both are pathetic person.

Dislikes

Every month salary will be deducted without any reason. No bonus, too many deduction in F&F settlement so do not serve notice period. Work depends on client. So basically you work as labour. Management will not receive your call even in emergency.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
