There is no job security and very very worst place to work it's not a software company it's like labour office some days They work till 1 am also

Management is not good that manager didn't have that much capacity to work as a manager and there is a guy who takes care about all things he is not a HR but he tells like If you are a fresher my suggestion is please don't join as a intern Better to don't with lead semantics Pvt Ltd

Dare to join after reading this flaws. 1. No good id card ( The id card looks like bathroom cleaner id card) 2. No A/C in office ( employees fight for that single table fan) 3. Strict timings ( You have to be in office by 10 AM but you shouldn't leave office at 7 ( eventhough you don't have any work you have to stay) 4. They don't provide Laptops ( you have to work on your own laptop with unnecessary models loading) 5. No good water to drink ( road side tiffin stall has good clean water tin). 6. No HR in the office 7. Admin The one who watches movies in the projector didn't even know how to write a formal mail. 8. 13 leaves provided for a year but you can't use atleast 5 leaves. 9 They will give you work exactly by leaving time and ask to complete it. 10. if you join as a developer your work is to manually manage the Excel files. ( you will loose your coding skills eventually.) 11. Even it's mid night 12 still they call you personally to work on. 12. Worst project. ( they have been working on that project since 2 years still no improvement) 13. For login and logout you have to sign on a paper like the prisoner in a prison. 14. They terminated everyone including me without preor notice. 15. They will won't give you work from home if you're a Telugu Guy. And so on.......
