The only good thing about LEAD is Salary which is good but from the recruitment happening from AY 23-24, company has reduced the package.

No work life balance and work culture. No logics from management on what need to be done by the ground team. Immediate managers just listen to what organisation says fearing for their job and hence entire organisation works the hitler way. Highly extensive travel considering employee lay off and running with very minimal number of employees which results in service issue in schools. LEAD management is only bothered about making revenue and not about providing service to schools.

Company offers decent compensation to make up for other areas where it performs very poorly. Writing this review as the current employee who can give the clearest idea of what's inside this company. Lead has built a reputation for itself- of destroying careers of its employees and how do they do this? This will first hire on large scale and then fire them immediately saying sorry you have become redundant. There is no clear visibility amongst the senior leadership for the next few months, to say the least.

Everything from work ethics, to work culture to professional growth to job security, basically everything. Everyone you know is already looking out of this company but stuck because of job crunch in this market otherwise majority of the current employees don't want to work here as well. They just don't have an option to move on but those who have, they happily leave Lead to do something in there lives.

...ruined over the past 6months. Leaders doesn't know how to guide their employees. They just say you are replacble and you don't have same salary once you go out.if they are not valuing the employee people will not be motivated to work.

Salary is above industry standard almost 25% more. Allowances also good. But this is well designed strategy to attract employees from competitors. Result oriented product.

Targets are not practical, work within restricted area very less scope. You have to sign 1 school out of 5 prospects so 20% strike ratio. Pricing 30% higher than market. Apart for product cost other cost for the implementation is high which is not affordable to school whose fees less than 20,000.00 per year. Company is short sighted and does not compromise on targets. You will get only one chance if you failed you are out. There is no value to people. Company is process oriented and believes that people does not make any difference so in out not concern for company.
