Job Security is good, Career growth is good, Work environment is good. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. Employee re-hire is also good.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow, Salary is beyond from basic needs. There is no job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.

Our Position/ Designation not change last 14 years. The work pressure is very high sometime, late night seating. some times attend client personal calls in the after office hours.

It's a good place for freshers . Everyone is treated well here and respected. The Bengals culture is prevalent at this company which makes it liberal. But there are no to less women in the engineering department. . If you're a proactive fresher it's great as you get less pay but more attention from experienced people and lots of one on one interaction.

The only drawback is less salary , slow growth and working too hard. You need to be loyal and proactive to the company to reap all the benefits. Also less flexibility and no work from.home.
