It's a good place for freshers . Everyone is treated well here and respected. The Bengals culture is prevalent at this company which makes it liberal. But there are no to less women in the engineering department. . If you're a proactive fresher it's great as you get less pay but more attention from experienced people and lots of one on one interaction.

Dislikes

The only drawback is less salary , slow growth and working too hard. You need to be loyal and proactive to the company to reap all the benefits. Also less flexibility and no work from.home.

Very less Chances of growing in the field of carreer and salary. There is no credibility of consent of company during transfer. Later there was some job security but now you me be servenced without notice period.

In this company there is no any politics and management are helpful for any issue raise by own.

LEA associates have not enough staff to handle the work properly so it can achieve perfection of infrastructure and engineering.
