Worst place I had ever work.So old thinking people,plays politics,no career growth,no salary structure,poor formality hospitality & re heated unhygienic food service. Don't want to visit again.

Not a single thing I thing most of the staff likes about Le Meridien. Poor selfish Management, who only works Money for them selves not for the staff nor for the owner.

We get salary on time. Dropping facilities. Bunker facility.

Le meridien is the best platform to prove our own self. The hotel is to good and the ambience the work space is very awesome but the hotel getting dislikes because of of many senior people who are working from long time....

The experience of working with Meridien was good. I join Meridien as a steward after 1 year I promoted as a senior steward.The staff and my teammates are cooperative and helpful.

Dislikes

Shift hours are too long. I was working 18 or 20 hours . They didn't gave me a good package acording to my work skill.

... busy time. No benefit they are given form my starting career. No career Growth. Hr always detected your salary with reason. They never ever follow Ethics. All management was psycho. All money minded people. Please don't Go there and don't spoil your Career.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
